Complete the sentences using the words in brackets in their correct forms. Combine the prepositions and articles into one word (contractions).

  1. Ich muss jetzt (zu/die Arbeit)   gehen.zu → dative
    zu + der = zur    I have to go to work now.
  2. Am Wochenende gehen wir (in/das Kino)  .in + gehen = direction → accusative
    in + das = ins    At the weekend, we’re going to the cinema.
