Das Tennismatch
Serena ist verrückt nach Tennis. Bereits im Alter von 4 Jahren erhielt sie ihren ersten Schläger und ihre ersten Turnschuhe. Heute steht ihr ein wichtiges Match bevor. Sie ist schon ein wenig aufgeregt.
Glücklicherweise darf sie den ersten Aufschlag machen. Sie positioniert sich an der Aufschlaglinie und atmet noch einmal tief durch. Der Schiedsrichter sitzt in seinem Hochstuhl und ist hoch konzentriert. Die Publikumstribünen um den Tennisplatz sind bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt. Alle Augen richten sich nun auf Serena. Aber leider verfehlt sie vor lauter Aufregung den Aufschlag.
Der erste Tennisball, der ihr dann entgegenkommt, hat eine unglaubliche Wucht. Sie nimmt ihn an und bringt ihn mit ihrer Vorhand glanzvoll über das Netz. Die Rückhand ihrer Gegnerin ist zwar auch nicht von schlechten Eltern, doch der Ball geht ins Aus. Der Balljunge rennt sofort los.
Das Spiel geht weiter und es bleibt bis zu letzt spannend. Die Zuschauer schauen gebannt auf den Spielstand. Am Ende gewinnt Serenas Gegnerin in zwei Sätzen. Aber Kopf hoch, Serena. Dabei sein ist alles!

The Tennis Match
Serena is crazy about tennis. By the age of 4 she had already recieved her first tennis racket and her first trainers. Today, she has an important match. She is already a little bit nervous.
Luckily, she has the first serve. She positions herself at the baseline and takes one more deep breath. The umpire is sitting in his high chair and is concentrating hard. The stands around the tennis court are packed to the very last seat. All eyes are on Serena. But unfortunately, she misses the serve because she is so nervous.
The first tennis ball that comes her way has an unbelievable force. She hits it over the net with her brilliant forehand. Her opponent’s backhand is really something but the ball goes out. The ballboy sets off immediately.
The match keeps going and stays exciting up to the end. The spectators watch the score with fascination. In the end, Serena’s opponent wins in two sets. But chin up Serena. Taking part is everything!
